Working with Juritex means clear communication, short lines, and solutions that work – down to the smallest detail.
1. Request
You send us an email with your request. Sometimes you’re looking for a new supplier for an existing product, and sometimes it’s a completely new design.
Whatever you need, we listen, ask the right questions, and actively collaborate with you.
Feel free to include drawings or photos – they help us provide more focused advice.
And don’t hesitate to request a sample. We provide both individual samples and sample rolls.
2. Initial Consultation
To gain a full understanding of your needs and requirements, we usually arrange a brief meeting (by phone, video call, or in person).
We discuss, among other things:
- Application: end product, use, and conditions
- Specific requirements: fire resistance, water repellency, or specific material choices
- Form: rolled or custom cut into individual pieces..
3. Proposal with Sample(s)
Based on the initial consultation, you’ll receive a quote along with one or more samples.
In rare cases, the exact sample may not be available, but we will provide a similar material for your evaluation.
We would be happy to go over the proposal with you personally and answer any questions.
Want to visit our production facility? We’d be happy to arrange a visit.
4. Production and Assembly
After your approval, we begin the production process. Within a few days, we’ll provide you with a preliminary delivery date.
We use the latest production technologies and advanced processing methods to meet the highest standards.
Throughout the production process, we carry out various quality checks and, if desired, provide certificates or reports.
5. Delivery
We deliver as you wish: in batches, with a minimum order quantity per pallet, and worldwide.
Even after delivery, we remain involved. We welcome feedback, answer questions, and offer suggestions for improvements.
Because, in addition to our focus on quality, we are known for our high delivery reliability.
